Sizing Guide & Garment Care

Our styles are very adaptable as they are either stretch fabric or have flexible fastenings such as elastic waistbands so you can choose if you prefer a tighter or looser fit.

Our cuts are generous and we have based our sizing on standard New Zealand / Australian dress sizing, which are typically based on the 'Hourglass' body type. However, we know that our bodies are unique to us, and our tummies, bottoms and boobs all make a difference! In most cases, if you are the lower end of the sizing band you can go down a size.

For example, for tops, if you are 'busty' then the standard NZ dress size is probably the one for you. Those with a smaller bust, at the lower end of the size band should go down a size.

Skirts have elasticated, wrap or pull on waistbands so sizing is more dependent your body type. Hourglasses, Triangles and slender Rectangles should go to the lower end of usual sizing or size down if they are lucky enough to have flat tummies and small bottoms! Apples, Pears and more statuesque Rectangles should be fine with their usual sizes.

Most of our garments are made in three or four standard sizes;
