Returns

We want you to feel beautiful in your Butterfly, so if something arrives and is not what you expected, or does not fit, we want to know all about it. To arrange a replacement or refund, just email us and we can work it out.

Please do not wear or use items if you want us to replace them! We need them back in the same condition they left us in.
